Christmas 2013

Makayla was such a big help and so entertaining this year. It started with decorating the tree: she helped with placing the ornaments on the tree and then placing the star at the top with Daddy's help. 

On December 20th Makayla had her Christmas party at Ms. Kim's daycare with all of her friends. She had fun, but when it came time to sit on Santa's lap, she was stuck to me like never before. She was okay telling him bye in the end and enjoyed the gift he gave her.

On Christmas Eve we spent time with the Grudecki family. Makayla received so many wonderful gifts and had fun helping her cousins and Nana with opening presents. Makayla was in the middle of everything, wanting to help and see what everyone received.

Halloween 2013

Makayla was sick with a fever, but it didn't stop her from wearing her Sofia the First costume and passing out candy to the trick or treaters. Every time the doorbell rang she would run to the door yelling "I'm coming, I'm coming." This was a Halloween Gregory and I will never forget.

2nd Birthday... Success!!!

Makayla had so much fun today for her birthday. With all the friends and family around her she played hard, ate lots of sugar, and received some great gifts!!! Thank you to everyone that made her 2nd birthday party so much fun.

 



Rock N Roll

Makayla must have learned a new dance at daycare. When she hears music she starts dancing and making a face. We got just a short video of her in action and one great picture!

 

 

 

Fun in the Sun!

With Summer just around the corner, we have been gathering activities and toys for Makayla to play in the backyard and taking trips to the park.

 

 

Cruise... Destination: Bahamas

For our 3 year anniversary, Gregory and I went on a Royal Carribean Cruise to the Bahamas. We made stops at Nassau, Coco Cay, and Key West. It was a great trip, but we were so happy to get back home to Makayla.

 



Swim time!!!

Makayla had her first swim class today at the YMCA. She did great! For being one of the youngest in the class, she sure was one of the bravest. We did things like climbing in and out of the pool, jumping off the side, and dunking water on our heads. Makayla still needs to learn that the pool water is not good to drink...
